Scott is one of the most experienced single-family investors in the Texas, (he’s purchased and financed more than 7,000 homes) Scott has extensive experience in every type of residential and commercial real estate.

 

Scott has been practicing law in Texas through his law firm Horne & Associates, P.C. for over 30 years and is committed to providing sound legal and practical advice for your real estate transactions.

Susan Tierney

Susan spent 30 years in Marketing and Public Relations before becoming a Real Estate Investor with HomeGirls Property Solutions.

 

She puts her client’s needs first by providing individualized service, targeted to each client’s unique situation. She has your best interests at heart and will work hard to help you with your real estate needs.

Kathy Karagin

Kathy became a full-time real estate investor in 2016. Prior to that, she spent over 30 years in Sales, Marketing and Design in the Dallas area. She has purchased and renovated many homes and has experience in selling, leasing and holding properties. Kathy approaches real estate investing as a ‘people business’. Her strengths are her natural ability to connect with people and her creative problem-solving skills. She is driven to finding the best solutions for her clients’ individual needs. Her responsiveness, communication skills and attention to detail ensure clients a stress-free experience from start to finish. Outside the office, Kathy combines her love of collaborating with people with her creative skills as a personal custom jeweler. Kathy and her husband have enjoyed living lakeside in Highland Village for over 23 years.

Ryan Tierney

After graduating from Texas Tech University, Ryan jumped right into Real Estate as a Construction Manager. Having managed over 40+ rehabs, he’s seen it all.

 

His expertise will help guide you through the rehab process. Ryan is weeks away from getting his Real Estate License and can assist you in listing your property at a discounted fee.

Maria Rea is in the Accounts receivable department for S2 Equities specializing on receiving payments and managing/monitoring Mortgage accounts. Maria has been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years as a Mortgage Loan Processor for Traditional lending with experience on FHA, Conventional, VA, USDA loans, and Down payment assistance program.
